Are you ready to show your X-ray astronomy knowledge again?

Following the success of last year’s European Researchers Night quiz contest,  we have prepared a new version to learn more facts about X-ray astronomy using the Quizizz platform. This contest is a joint international initiative of the following projects: the Athena Community Office, the XMM2Athena project and the AHEAD2020 project.

The Quizizz is available here and consists of 9 questions related to X-ray astronomy information that can be easily found on the web portal of the different involved projects. 

Join this initiative to show us that you are an X-ray astronomy expert! 

Contest Rules:

* Participants: Everyone can participate, and as many times as they wish. 

* Deadline: 27th September 2024 at 17 CEST.

* How to participate: Once you have solved the Quizizz please send us your session ID and nickname by email to ahead.hea@gmail.com.

* The competition results will be published through the projects/consortia communication channels in the first week of October.

* Prize: The winner will receive a merchandising pack of the projects and public recognition with the publication of the winner (submission name) on social media and the websites of the different projects involved in the initiative. 

* Personal data like address or email will not be published in any case and will only be used to contact the winner.

* Copyright: The projects will have the right to use the submitted material for communication activities. Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of all these contest rules.
